It seems that Britain will be leading the way with internet sales with South Korea and China not too far behind.

The ITU created the Electronic Commerce Developing Project in order to assist developing countries in establishing necessary infrastructure to create electronic business transactions in order to bridge the gap between highly developed countries and less developed countries.
